Currently serves as Senior Pastor of All Creation NH Family COGIC. He covers 6 other churches and ministries as District Superintendent in Eastern MO First Jurisdiction (EMFJ). He serves as CFO of EMFJ COGIC. He is also an Administrative Assistant to Bishop William Harper. Dr. Futrell, Sr. is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. Recently, in April 2022 he completed his doctorate studies at Maryville University in Higher Education Leadership. He earned his graduate degree from Washington University- St. Louis (School of Law) in Legal Studies and graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and received his BA from Webster University in American Studies after transferring from Oral Roberts University.

Pastor Futrell is community minded in the Ferguson and North County community. He along with his church sponsors annual SOS (Saint on the Streets) events. These events allow his local congregation to give back to the community by offering hope in Christ, free food, school supplies, educational scholarships, and so much more especially to the EMFJ Education Dept. He is the Founder and President of Destined to Win Ministries (D2W-501c3). Destined 2 Win Ministries organizes annual conferences, community days, and Camp Destiny which provides food service through the COGIC Urban Initiatives USDA food program.

We eagerly expect to do this within the people groups of the world by implementing culturally effective global partnerships that demonstrate the Grace and Holiness of Jesus Christ.
